Refund policy:All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the program. Fees, courses, and program content are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing before the event start date. The cancellation policy is as follows:
No cancellation fee for cancellations received more than two weeks out.
A non-refundable service charge of US $200 for cancellations received from four to two weeks out. This fee will be waived if another training program is purchased at time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations received two weeks out or less.
