[Springfield, MO – May 5, 2021] – Abacus CPAs, LLC is proud to announce that Candice Alcantar has been promoted to Client Support Specialist. Candice, who joined the firm in May 2020 as a member of the Transportation Department, has been a valuable resource interacting with new and current clients on the phone, and helping clients with assessments, audit protections, deliveries, and Registered Agent status.
Candice Alcantar, who has worked in Client Service Roles, from Enrollment Advisor to Customer Service Supervisor, began her Abacus journey as a client support team member for our Transportation Department. Her responsibilities have grown to include going over Quarterly Estimates, where Candice specializes in breaking down complex information and helping her clients succeed in their business throughout the year.
Candice has continued to develop as a client-service role model by going out of her way to help clients and make their job – and life – a little easier. Candice specializes in helping on an individual level by really listening and working with clients within their unique situations.
“I’ve grown more comfortable in my role and appreciate how Abacus CPAs really works with my professional goals to help me succeed,” says Candice of her role, “My goal is to continue to build my responsibility and work to train others to provide an excellent level of service for our clients.
