[Springfield, MO – May 5, 2021] – Abacus CPAs, LLC is proud to announce that Brooke Shepherd has been promoted to Coordinator. Brooke, who joined the firm in January 2016 as the Receptionist in the Transportation Department, has been an essential leader in client support, especially in delicate, unique and complex situations.
Brooke Shepherd, who previously worked in Retail, has many years of client service experience, and is proud to work in a teamwork-based environment. She works closely with clients to ensure their needs are always taken care of and is exceptional in her follow-through to ensure client requests are handled with care and consideration.
Her responsibilities have grown to include supervising other team members, handling larger and more complex client situations, and providing leadership to the Transportation Department through her excellent customer service. Brooke was recognized in May 2021 for her work with the Abacus Value Award of People Focus, one of the highest honors the firm bestows.
