[Springfield/Branson, MO – May 5, 2020] – Abacus CPAs, LLC is proud to announce that Kasey Bippert, CPA, has been awarded the Abacus Values Award for Positive Attitude.  Bippert, who joined the firm in June 2015 as a Staff Accountant, now serves as a Consultant for Accounting Services and manages Quarterly Payroll Taxes, helps train new Accounting staff, and is responsive to ongoing and unique client needs.

Kasey Bippert, who earned his Bachelor’s of Arts with a Major in Accounting from College of the Ozarks, earned his CPA license in August 2020. When Bippert began his Abacus journey, he was preparing simple financial statements, acting as a bookkeeper.  Since then his role has grown and changed significantly.

“I’m proud to be able to take on large clients and more complex projects for the Branson market,” says Bippert, “I think it’s helped to solidify my consultant mindset and identify process improvements for clients, which will help streamline and grow their business.”

The Abacus Value Award for Positive Attitude recognizes an employee who leads a coachable mindset, cooperation and believes the intentions and abilities of others are good.  Bippert, who has been hailed for his tenacity and his quiet, observant focus on the essential details, was a natural choice for the award this year because of his genuine, supportive focus on helping others as a valuable resource.

“I try to find the positive in every situation because positivity breeds positivity,” says Bippert. “I want to accept input from others and am grateful for the continual learning opportunities presented to me.  And I try to do the same for others, really getting to the heart of the matter and helping them understand.”

The Abacus Values Awards were created in 2020 to recognize individuals who fully exemplify Abacus Values in how they live, work and build relationships with clients and coworkers. Each recipient demonstrated exceptional understanding and achievement in client support and professional relationships.

“We’re proud to recognize outstanding employees who understand, live and embrace our values and know that they embody the best attributes of the firm and our focus on clients and culture,” said John Helms, Partner of Abacus CPAs, LLC, “Our firm continues to grow because of our dedicated, talented employees and I’m proud that we can recognize deserving talent in this capacity.”
