[Springfield, MO – December 11, 2020] – Abacus CPAs, LLC is proud to announce that Shirley Hofschulte has been promoted to Senior Client Support Specialist. Shirley, who joined the firm in December 2016, currently works in the Transportation division. She is a respected resource in client communications by providing sound guidance to our clients.
Shirley Hofschulte, who spent years in the US Navy as a Spanish linguist, brings a wealth of knowledge to her client support role. She currently shares monthly training topics to help increase employee understanding and support for the Transportation clients. She has developed and mastered internal process manuals to help coworkers understand how best to support the transitions in our client’s career.
Shirley’s personal customer service vision statement is: “My goal is to treat others as if they truly do matter to me, because they do!” said Hofschulte, “I strive to give each person an empathetic ear, provide better guidance, encourage them, and remain calm in stressful situations. I want to be someone they depend on and make a positive, lasting, and meaningful impact on others.”
Shirley has grown significantly since starting her position at Abacus. She places a high value on the clients she serves and brings empathy and confidence to the complex and varied client needs. Her role and responsibilities have increased to include training and leading new Client Support team members in both the technical knowledge of their position as well as best practices in client service.
